conditions with regard to payment, price, charge, rates, wages, etc.
30% deposit of total price is requested on acceptance of the quote
payment is required before or on delivery, unless prior arrangements are made.
prices quoted are for one day or weekend hire only.
freight is not included in any prices. freight will be charged dependant on location of event.
the hirer accepts full responsibility for the correct manner of use of the equipment.
losses/breakages/damaged goods (including boxes and crates) will be charged in addition to the original price.
hire equipment is not insured whilst outside of the little red sheds premises or vehicles.
the hirer shall accept liability for any injury or damage caused to the hirer or associate users and their property.
all goods are carefully checked when packed. please check the goods upon delivery and notify the little red shed of any discrepancies and/or damages between the goods supplied and the goods ordered. complaints made after the return or pickup of goods is too late.
all goods for hire remain the property of the little red shed
cancellation Fee: in the event of cancellation made ten days before the event your deposit will not be refunded. if cancelled two days before the event the full invoice will need to be paid unless the little red shed is able to rehire out equipment.
